I would think of this product as really a great innovative fill valve. It is very small, makes less noise and its small adjusting screw is intended to allow you to adjust the water level.
Unfortunately, I have one installed in my tank and the water level adjustment just does not work. The tank is either too full or not full enough (just some six inches of water high).
